Delete my data

Ludoitte Oy · how to remove your account or data from each of our products, and how to get a copy first

You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you, or to send you a copy of it, for any Ludoitte product. Where a product has a self-service option it is the fastest route and is listed first. Where it does not, email us and a person handles it. We answer every request within one month, as the GDPR requires, and in practice usually within a few working days.

TriviAI

TriviAI has no user accounts. Your progress, balances and leaderboard entries are stored against an anonymous player identifier created on first launch. We hold no name, email address or login for you, which is also why we need one thing from you to find your data: the ten-character player code shown at the bottom of the loading screen, in the form abcde-01234.

To delete your TriviAI data

  1. Note the player code from the loading screen.
  2. Email developer@ludoitte.com with the subject Delete my TriviAI data, the player code, your in-game display name and roughly when you started playing. The last two let us confirm the match if two players ever share a code.
  3. Close the app fully and leave it closed until we confirm. A running session would write your progress back while we are deleting it.
  4. We erase the record, verify that it is gone from every store, and reply to confirm. Erasure is permanent: progress and balances cannot be restored afterwards, and a fresh install starts from zero.

What is deleted: your player record, saved progress and balances, display name, league standing and history, every leaderboard entry, and name reports about you or filed by you.

What is kept, and why: records of in-app purchases and rewarded-ad grants stay in our commerce ledger because bookkeeping law requires it; they hold a transaction, not your profile. Server access logs contain IP addresses and no player identifier, so they cannot be searched by player; they are kept only for security and expire on their own schedule. Your purchases themselves belong to your Apple or Google account, not to us, and deleting the app from your device removes everything stored locally.

To receive a copy of your data instead, send the same details with the subject Copy of my TriviAI data; you get a JSON export together with a list of anything we hold but are not returning, and the reason.

Drop Dungeon

Drop Dungeon has no accounts either. Your saves live on your device, or in your browser's storage when you play at dropdungeon.com, and never leave it.

Evermail

Evermail accounts are self-service.

  1. Sign in at evermail.ai and open Settings → Data & privacy.
  2. If you want a copy first, use Export my data. The export is prepared in the background and you are notified when it is ready to download.
  3. Choose Delete account, tick the acknowledgement and confirm. This permanently deletes your account, archives and emails, and cancels any active subscription. It cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in, email support@evermail.ai from the address on the account. The Evermail privacy policy describes retention periods for backups and invoices.

ludoitte.com

This website has no accounts, sets no cookies and runs no analytics, so there is nothing to delete here. If you have emailed us, that correspondence is the only data we hold; ask hello@ludoitte.com and we delete the thread.
